About The Role

The Customer Success Strategist will address the needs of our customers by taking an expert consultative approach to engage with existing customers to maximize customer stickiness and reduce churn. They will maximize MRR by selling opportunities where needed and applicable.

What You Will Do:

    • Existing customer software MRR expansion
    • Services MRR growth
    • Upsell MRR and work to reduce any MRR churn on a monthly basis
    • Daily activities:
      • Engaging with customers
      • Communicating internally to key CX Leaders
      • Collaborating and communicating with CX teammates to build mutual understanding of current customer needs and account expansion opportunities and approaches
      • Navigating, updating, and performing workflow tasks in ChurnZero, Hubspot, and Pendo

    How is Success Measured?

      • MRR net gain of existing customers and overall Software MRR expansion
      • Services MRR expansion
      • Decrease in potential churn

      What You Will Need:

      • Communication - The ability to communicate effectively is vital within this position. Ability to understand and read the audience, as well as read between the lines, and adjust communication to be most effective. Additionally, internal communication is vital. Communicating internally to key CX Leaders and CX teammates to build mutual understanding of current customer needs and account expansion opportunities and approaches
      • Adaptability - SaaS continues to be a model for technology driving and delivering innovation to companies worldwide. You must be able to adjust to your surroundings and make use of the resources at hand. You must be able to learn a new system, adapt to new features, and utilize our product to its fullest capabilities while maintaining efficiency and focusing on customer satisfaction and experience.
      • Situational Awareness - Ability to analyze our customer's situational needs and help them move forward with eyes on goals.
      • Initiative - A strong sense of urgency, and driven by a desire for customer success, goal attainment, and company objectives.
      • Industry Knowledge: Recruitment experience in transportation industry Required.


      Skills/Experience for Success:

      • Sales and/or Recruitment experience in trucking industry
      • Experience using and/or knowledge of our software or similar
      • Product & Services knowledge
      • Trucking Industry expertise
      • Partnership knowledge
      • Aggressive self-starter attitude and work ethic
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
      • Proven track record of a sense of urgency and proactive approach.
      • Rapid learning ability with a knack for teaching others.
